You are humming right along getting your house ready to sell, or at least thinking about it and you come to a screeching halt.

The guest room that was always just a storage space is staring back at you.  Your Realtor has said that it needs to show as a bedroom. With a bed.  Ugh!  Who wants to invest in buying a new bed now?  Well, if I were you, I wouldn’t.  But, the great news is that you don’t have to because I am going to let you in on this Staging trick of the trade.  My team just used this technique to help a couple sell their house that had two totally empty bedrooms.  No mattresses.  No. Beds.  5 super simple steps.
