Styling Evaluation

The Styling Evaluation is perfect for Do-It-Yourselfers and a great starting point for Realtors and their sellers to get on the same page.  If you are an HGTV addict and love pinning on Pinterest, then this introductory package is for you.  You love the idea of doing the work of staging yourself but you just want direction from someone with experience styling rooms specifically for the real estate market. The Styling Evaluation includes:

• Up to 2-hours of time with one of our fabulous Real Estate Stylists
• A step-by-step, room-by-room Selling Success Plan™ for you that is literally a paint-by-numbers plan meant to give you total peace of mind that you are doing all of the exact right things to get your house ready to sell super fast.
• Email support to answer any questions that you may have as you stage your house so that while you will be doing the work on your own, you won’t be going it alone.
• A Real Estate Style Guide™ and,
• Visual Marketing Checklist™ to guide your staging even when we aren’t there!  With that kind of clarity, you will skyrocket your results!

Photo Styling

Photo Styling is the second step in our process.  Once you have had a Styling Evaluation, you will be ready for our Photo Styling service.  It is ideal for anyone who loathes the idea of having to maintain this non-lived in looking house and wants to have complete assurance that they will not have to deal with a prolonged sale.  You have seen the real estate photos out there and know that yours have to be phenomenal to get the results you want to see.  Your house is already neat and we just take it to a whole other level!  We will:

• Send 2 team members for up to 2 hours for hands-on styling
• Hang art
• Finalize placement of furniture
• Make beds to ca-ra-zay perfection
• Obsess over every last finishing detail
• Work with the photographer to determine best shots for listing photos

Customized Full-service Vacant Staging

The facts are in–empty houses sell slower than furnished or staged houses.  We can easily solve the problem of an empty housefor you and you don’t have to worry about a single detail.  We have an inventory of gorgeous furnishings and accessories that are current feeling and appeal to today’s buyers.  The vacant houses that we stage typically sell in the first 2 weeks on the market.  That makes our clients very happy and we can do the same for you.  Our team will:

• Evaluate the house and understand the market in your neighborhood,
• Personally select the appropriate size and style of furnishings, accessories and art for your property, and
• Coordinate delivery, installation and removal of all furnishings and accessories
